Tim,

The UKOOA site my help but I've been on it but no luck, I do have a

revised doc but it's 2004, UKOOA don't revise as a much as they used

to, however you should have a copy of you topside standing orders OB

as they should have been signed off (by regulation) by you and your

B2B, if not contact them and ask for an electronic copy sent out

ASAP. In the mean time what is your direct email so I can get this to

you. Both the HSE and UKOOA charge for the publications, all the med

supply companies stock them as does Blackwell bookshop in Aberdeen.

LE west will be able to sort you out. They are by far the cheapest in the UK.

 

Their website is www.lewest.co.uk, email them at sales@... and they

normally get back to you within 48 hours.

 

It's ran by Pharmacists which is dead handy!
