Dulse is a seaweed. Most health food stores have it. Please understand the

purpose for me posting the recipe. Basically, cilantro should not be used in

large amounts and/or for mercury chelation unless you are under professional

care and have had your mercury levels checked. Posted it as I understood from

another post that cilantro could be used possibly without consultation and was

considered low but effective detox. Response to the recipe refuted that. If I

misunderstood anyone, apologies.
