A while back we had a discussion about grilling and someone made the

comment that charcoal is toxic. That does not surprise me. However I don't

recall any discussion of propane grilling. I am thinking of getting a

backyard grill. I absolutely hate cooking in the summer when it is 110 deg

outside so I thought a backyard grill would help. But never having used one

before I am uncertain. How do they work? Is the food in contact with the

flame or vapors? Or do does the flame heat up some element whcih then

radiates? Any info would be apprecieated.

Thanks,

Irene
