I'm adding: 1. kombu seaweed 2. shitake mushrooms (dried and rehydrated) 3. kippers does anyone think any of these should *not* be added to kimchi for any reason? i'm going to do a batch *with* kefir whey and a batch without. i will probably put these in the " with whey " batch just be on the safe side. unless anyone answers this in real time (duh!) i should've posted *before* i started making it. lol oh well...should be interesting :-) Suze Fisher Lapdog Design, Inc.
