I always hated low-fat food. I didn't know how good cooking with lard, coconut oil, butter could be. I was so happy to throw out margarine and start eating butter. I always had a natural tendency to load up on the butter and always thought I was making myself fat and being a pig. At least these alternative theories taste good. Heck, one could map the rise in use of petro products over the 20th C with the rise in heart attacks. Or radio waves.
