Guest guest
Good day all, When I was working in Algeria, about two years ago, I am sure somebody posted a link for a download of some multilingual cards. These were the point to the English question, turn to the relevant page in what ever language you were trying to communicate in and there was the question and I think a few choice answers. You could then turn back to the English page and see what his answer was. Is this ringing any bells with anybody? I've tried a search amongst the message files but no joy. Any help appreciated. Guest guest
Nigel, You could try the Red Cross multi-lingual phrasebook: http://www.redcross.org.uk/shop/product.asp?id=59825 <http://www.redcross.org.uk/shop/product.asp?id=59825 & category=74078> & category=74078 It has the English phrases on fold-out sections on the covers so that, once you have turned to the right language page, you have the English and the other language side-by-side. Guest guest
Thank you Tom, for that link. If I can not find the freebie, I will try and get the 20 quid to buy this book.
