Paramedics operating at BLS level in GoM?

Trying to get some information/advice on operating at a BLS level in

U.S. Gulf of Mexico. Currently having an issue where I am

undersupplied to operate at ALS level of care (lack of monitor/

defibrillator, primarily). I am currently a subcontractor to the

company providing medical care (putting me at even greater

liability). I believe I've taken appropriate steps (besides quitting

and working somewhere else) but looking for other person's
