You guys are great! Didnt really expect to get an answer from

anyone. Ok, now that I know Im welcome, and thanks again for that,

I will tell you a little about myself. I have just turned 50, and I

have just recently noticed the lines started, and the things

sagging! I am an avid horsewoman who does as much riding as

possible, although with our winters here, I havent done much this

season. I own 4 horses and they are my soul! I really need to keep

myself toned and in shape. I do love my carbs. I have tried the

low carb thing, and do well at it for awhile, but then I slowly

start back again. Its really tough for me. The main foods Im

eating are breads, pasta, and veg. Im not a red meat eater. I eat

NO fast food. I love just about all dairy products. I know, all

the bad things. I do take a number of different vitamins, and I

very up to date on what is good and not so good. I really am

educated on what I should be doing and eating, but not motivated to

do it! Horrible I know! No excuse. But, I am hoping maybe Ill get

some motivation from this type of exercise. I did see results with

Body Flex, but like everything else I got bored and quit, and every

now and then started again. ok, enough for now.
