Hey everybody! :) I haven't posted for a few days, so I just wanted

to say that I'm still hanging in there, keeping up the LifeLift each

day, but I need some prayers...

Yesterday was my rest day, and it looks like today I will have to

rest, as well. :( All day today I've had some awful aches in my

ribs and chest, some in my back and neck, too. I know it's not from

the LifeLift because I'm very used to it now, and I haven't added any

other exercises to my program. I'm due to have my time of the month

start any day now, and I know that anytime I'm about to start, any

soreness I have anywhere seems to be magnified, but I don't know what

this soreness is from, and it's really scaring me! I sure hope it's

not the start of the flu.

I visited my chiropractor last week, hoping he could help stop some

nosebleeds I kept having a couple of times every couple of days.

This scared me so much because I've heard frequent nosebleeds could

be a sign of something as serious as leukemia, and I've had very few

nosebleeds in my entire life. Anyway, it was shocking, but such a

relief...He stopped my nosebleeds!!! I first started going to him

back in September of '03 because of so many Dr. visits for chest

pains that led to the Dr. wanting to prescribe Prozac because all my

tests came back negative. I knew that's not what I needed so I tried

a chiropractor for the first time ever, and he saved my life! He

figured out that I injured my neck, which was causing so much

pressure on my chest, and almost instantly, I was healed after what

he did for me. Anyway, when I was there last week, he worked on my

chest area where he usually does, so I don't think that has anything

to do with the soreness.

Please pray for me that all this soreness is nothing to worry about!

The nosebleeds were scary enough. I'm keeping you all in my prayers,

too! Stay well, and take care!

Lotsa love,

Becky
