Hi everyone ;)

I don't normally do this but I am running/walking in this years race here in

Indy on April 16th. Feel free to support this if you wish, or not :) I simply

wanted to pass this on. It may not be a good fit for you and that is just fine

with me :) I just wanted to give anyone an opportunity who would like to

support us. My sweet hubby will be joining me for this one...and he runs twice

as fast as I do LOL I hope he can keep up with me...ROFL

with love,

Jenni

Dear Friends and Family,

I recently accepted the challenge to raise funds to support the Komen

Indianapolis Race for the Cure on April 16th, 2005 in the fight against breast

cancer. One in eight women will be stricken with breast cancer in her lifetime

and the more we raise, the more the Komen Indianapolis Race for the Cure

Affiliate of the G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation can give back to fund

vital breast cancer education, screening and treatment programs in our own

community and support the national search for a cure.

Please join me in the fight by pledging in support of my participation in

the Race or contributing generously to the Komen Indianapolis Race for the Cure.

Your tax-deductible contribution will fund innovative outreach and awareness

programs for medically underserved communities in Indianapolis and national

breast cancer research. It is faster and easier than ever to support this great

cause - you can make a donation online by simply clicking on the link at the

bottom of this message. If you would prefer, you can also send your

tax-deductible contribution to the address listed below. Whatever you can give

will help! I truly appreciate your support and will keep you posted on my

progress.

Thank you so much for your time and support in the fight against breast

cancer! Every step counts!

Sincerely,

Jenni Lyman

Jenni,

Y'all are so sweet to do this. This is, of course, something close to my heart

since we have so much breast cancer in our family. I bet your LL breathing will

have helped get you ready for this.

Have fun, and thanks for doing this,

Melinda :o)

Melinda,

My dear friend who lives across the street is a breast cancer survivor. Every

day I see her outside walking and I just praise God that she is alive. Watching

her, I know that this is the least I can do. You are so welcome dear one, I

pray this makes a difference.

Jenni

Jenni,

How wonderful you're doing the walk. I did it a few years back, and others

too. Breast cancer research is near and dear to my heart as well. My Grand

Mother {altho not blood} and my aunt, are both survivors. I had a lump

several years ago, but it turned out not to be anything...Praise the Lord! My

prayers are with you Jenni dear...

Love you,

Kiki

You know Kiki...it makes me wonder how many of us have had the " scare " . When I

went in many many years ago, it was before the research so you went in not

knowing if you were going to have your breast removed, just a lump removed or

nothing done at all. They have come such a long way and to hear the survivor

stories is so awesome!

Thank you for the prayers...this old body will need them LOL

Hello Jenni,

You have the most generous heart. I can tell you that you make a huge difference

by so many things you do, but this is huge.

I know Wanda's sister is doing this too. I think it is absolutely wonderful.

You are an inspiration.

Oh how wonderful! I had no idea her sister was doing this! I just think it is

an honor to be able to do something so little that might help someone so

big...know what I mean? Plus, I have to admit I am slowly getting addicted to

walking/running. Go figure...someone who used to smoke and abuse her body 5

years ago is now doing races LOL God sure is good!
