Guest guest
Thanks Connie for this information. Remember that by adding your LifeLift breaths you are cutting the number of steps you need to take to achieve the same result. When you do at least 10 minutes of LifeLift ahead of time or during your walk you get your body in an aerobic state much faster so each step will count for much more. Life Lift is the Original Aerobic Breathing RE: Monday morning.... Bonnie, That is exactly what I read. It is hard for me remember to get up and move but with this pedometer on I am doing better. I walked for 40 minutes this Am with my girlfriend. I hate getting up that hour early but it will be worth it!! We have done this fro a few years, so I know I need to do more during the day than what I am. I am very excited about this pedometer, I love seeing how many steps I have walked!..I just read an article in Web MD that 2000 to 3000 steps is sedentary and 6,000 maintains, and 10,000 will help you lose weight. Hmm breathe and walk. Connie
Guest guest
Hi Rashelle, I was off for 5 days (3 vacation days) and I had the time to do the original Life lift video instead of the 20 minute~ we had such fun together! And I felt so great! Oh and we also did the reflexology and slept like a baby!. Hugs Connie :-) Adding LifeLift cuts your number of steps needed. Thanks Connie for this information. Guest guest
Hi Connie, I am so glad you are back. You were missed. I loved reading this message. Sleeping well is one of the most important things we can do. I agree that doing the Reflexology just before bedtime is the perfect time. It is always a really good idea to review the Original LifeLift video every so often. I am glad you had so much fun. You sure made me smile today!
