Guest guest
One thing that struck me when reading the mail on this subject: Latest resuscitation guidelines recommend starting chest compressions 1st in case of arrest. This alone causes ingress and egress of air in to the patient's lungs therefore lessening the amount of nasty stuff in the lungs of the patient. Will give you time to get the bag and mask out?
