Guest guest
Guys, Its been quite sometime since I had anything to do with H2S, and I was asked a question today which I am uncertain about. Is artificial respiration (mouth to Mouth) contra -indicated for a casualty who has been exposed to high levels of H2S, due to the risk of exposure to the rescuer (secondary breathing, or am I way off track). I know ideally bvm and high O2 would be prefered, any advise much appreciated.
