Connie Monday Hi Everyone, I have neglected myself sooooo much lately for a variety of reasons and I can tell it in the way that I feel and look. Starting today that is going to change. My birthday is 3 weeks from tomorrow and I'm going to work diligently towards feeling good about myself between now and then and continually. I'm cutting back on my eating and exercising 5 to 7 days a week taking care of myself again. It's my turn!!!!! Hey, if I don't take care of myself how can I take care of my family, right?????
