Guest guest
I'm praying for stamina and energy to keep up with your work pace, ! Melinda ) Body Wrap, Face Life, Comfrey Gel, ... Hi Everyone, Just wanted to comment on my experiences with these products so far.... Body Wrap: Since I started using the body wrap, I've lost 15.5 pounds (LL breaths/exercises, diet). I doubt that the wrap contributed to my weight loss, but what it has done is kept my belly region fairly smooth, not wrinkled and " hangy " -- know what I mean? My thighs are beginning to look puckered and dimpled, I'm now putting the wrap on them too! Face Lift: I love this stuff! I really think I see the results well past when I use this stuff -- my face looks firmer and less wrinkled than it had. Comfrey Gel: My face is a lot less red!!! I actually sometimes go around without foundation now, particularly in the evenings and weekends -- what a feeling of freedom! Several people at work have commented on just how pale I'm looking (I have very fair skin, it just was " hidden " by the redness!) -- so even others are noticing the difference! I apply the gel every time I wash my face, just dab it on to the red areas..... Bottom line, all of these products are giving me very good results, and I really love them! Question: My facial skin is really pretty bad, and even though the redness is really going down, the scars (from teenage acne) are still evident. I think I remember someone mentioning that the wrap helped scars? Or was it something else? I haven't used the wrap on my face since I overdid it, but I think I'm going to start using it again, perhaps every third night. Will this help with (very-old) scarring? And of course, I'm positively addicted to the LL breaths and exercises -- I can't imagine skipping them anymore, they're such an integral part of each day. Just walked the standard 1.5 mile loop at work, and I love having all the kids huff and puff as they climb the hill (fairly steep) and I just keep right on a-going, no exertion! I was down to 144.75 pounds this morning (hey, even the 1/4 pounds add up!) -- looks like I'm losing at the rate of a pound or so each week. My clothes are fitting lots better, even jeans are getting too loose...hopefully, I'll make it down to my goal then be able to maintain....
