Guest guest
Hi Everyone, It's Monday -- a brand new week and the beginning of the rest of our lives..... I did fairly well over the weekend -- only diet deviation was a bowl of (low carb, CarbSense) ice cream -- sort of a weekend treat. For the rest of it, my eating was on target. Saturday and Sunday, I did my 40+ LifeLift breaths/exercises, and I walked 5 miles extra each day (we take the dogs to a really nice park). And this morning I did my standard LL breaths/exercises. My back is hurting, may have to be careful with what I do tomorrow -- sure hope it doesn't get really bad. My weight is at its low point for the past couple of years -- but it's not moving any more! I really don't know what more to do about it -- there's a point of just how low I want to cut calories, I already watch my carbs carefully. Any suggestions???? So much of my extra weight seems to be in my belly and thighs, so I know I'm not at my " healthy " weight.... Bonnie
