I have been doing the LL Workout tape (number one) and walking about 45 minutes at a quick (I get breathless) pace 5 days a week. Some days I can get the lift really great and have the air suck back into my lungs like a vaccume and other days it seems like my body just can't get it right. One thing I try to be consistant with is seriously concentrating on tightening the muscle groups I am working. When I am done with the tape, there are days when my thigh muscles shake from the exertion. I find the more I put into really squeezing and tightening, the better the results. It also seems to get my heart really pumping. At no time, however, do I experience any pain or strain. I hope this makes sense. On the other hand, there was one day when I layed in bed, watched the tape and just did the LL breaths. For some reason I was REALLY tired that day and that was all I could seem to manage. I have been doing the tape seven days a week. I also use the body wrap products here and there. I use them a few days a week about every other week. I absolutely LOVE the new Magic Spray. (that isn't the name, but it is something like that) And I cannot say enough about the great results from the face kit! Wonderful, wonderful! I walk with my next door neighbor and she is going to borrow my LL CD. She has been surprised by my inch loss and is curious! My husband has been complimenting me and that really makes me feel good.
