Hi everyone,

Yesterday I did pretty well actually. Even forgot to eat for a bit (which is a

first for me in a while!). I had fauxtatoes for breakfast, 2 hard boiled eggs

for lunch (yeah I got it a little backwards LOL). Some cheese and a mandarin

orange for dinner. Drank several waters (not enough though!) but blew it all by

having 2 sodas yesterday. Sheesh!

This morning is not off to a good start...a sausage McMuffin and a venti white

chocolate mocha...hey! We are celebrating LOL Actually it's okay because

Fridays are carb-days at our house. It gives me something to look forward to.

How is everyone else doing?

Oh...I've been doing my breathing but not 40...about 20 per day when I remember

:( And no exercise at all, other than my breathing. Today I plan on walking 3

miles with my sweet hubby.
