Guest guest
Willy, I'm so sorry to hear about all you've been going thru lately. I'm just now reading this tonight, but you can count on my prayers for your speedy recovery. Try to do some breaths at least, while you're healing. They really will help with that. Check in more often, OK? Blessings, Kiki
Guest guest
Hello Willy, Bless your heart. It sounds like you have really been through it. Be sure to try to get at least a few LifeLift breaths in when you feel up to it. The oxygen can be a great help to promote healing. I will keep you in my prayers. That you can count on. Sorry I haven't been around lately, but I broke my leg a couple weeks ago. Was riding my mountain bike down a hill here in town, tried to slow down, but brakes weren't working well. The rear wheel came out from under me, last thing I saw going down was my right leg behind me. Owch! Went to the hospital that night, then transfered to another in Seattle, where I was until last Tuesday. I'm now at my parents' recovering from what I was told a spiral fracture of the femur, close to where I broke the same leg when I was five. It took a skin graft from my thigh to close where I had the surgery. It's still very painful in my ankle, knee, and the thigh, I'm taking morphine and oxycontin, 'til I go back for follow-up on Thurs. Haven't done much of anything, and probably won't for quite a while. If you wanna pray for my speedy recovery, I don't mind. Anything would be welcomed with opened arms. Thanx, Willy __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Oh Willy -- how awful! Best of wishes for a speedy and thorough recovery, and my prayers being added to everyones... Keep up with the LifeLift breaths, focusing on the area of injury (sort of visualizing where the extra oxygen is to go, when your are in the lift stage -- I think Rashelle suggest this in the exercise tape?).
