Hi Friends,

Today I did 25 breaths before breakfast and I went to my Pilates class.

Tonight I did 70 LL breaths working my abs, obliques, buns, thighs, back,

and arms.

Hi Connie,

No, I don't do all of them on my back, but quite a few. It's my favorite way to

do them. I do most of my ab and bun exercises on the floor such as pelvic tilts,

buttups (the Bridge), reg. crunches, oblique crunches, and some inner thigh

exercises. There's probably a few others but these are the ones that are coming

to mind right now. Most of these exercise I do with my knees bent, this helps me

not to put too much pressure on my back. It might help you too.
