Guest guest Posted January 19, 2005 Report Share Posted January 19, 2005 Hi Connie, No, I don't do all of them on my back, but quite a few. It's my favorite way to do them. I do most of my ab and bun exercises on the floor such as pelvic tilts, buttups (the Bridge), reg. crunches, oblique crunches, and some inner thigh exercises. There's probably a few others but these are the ones that are coming to mind right now. Most of these exercise I do with my knees bent, this helps me not to put too much pressure on my back.
