Guest guest Posted January 18, 2005 Report Share Posted January 18, 2005 Yaknow, I think it's great that we have each other to go to with each and every thing we want to work on. LL may be technically a 'workout' program, but the name, to me anyway, encompuses all things in our lives to lift us up! And I mean whatever is important to each individual, with no put downs or little jabs here and there. So far today I've had a couple handfulls of peanuts and a couple bites of turkey. I need to go make something better, don'tcha think...LOL I'm thinking a bacon, cheese tomato {if they're still good} omlette. I've been busy in the kitchen, cleaning and fighting the cats. They love water, plain or soapy. That was fun...LOL My plan is, in just a bit to get on the treadmill then after that's out of the way, breathing is easier to work in during the rest of the day. That's the PLAN anyway...LOL after all that 'me' stuff is taken care of, I have other 'me' things to get busy on that I've been putting off. I really miss taking the time for me, that I've always done. Even when running around after kids I always found {made] the time. I'm gettin' 'her' back!!! I think it's great that we can track our progress in whatever is important to each of us! This is really a great group! Eating: right on target, no deviations LL exercises: 40+, right on target Weight: down approximately 1/2 pound Still don't see any inches gone.... I've been doing the stomach " wrap " -- love the way it feels and it seems to have my belly firmer -- but not such that I can measure. I have stopped using the Night Magic on my face -- overdid it, and now my face is a mess -- am letting it get back to " normal " then will " slowly " start using Night Magic on it again -- now that I'm not using it, I can see where it was helping my under-eye bags!!! LOL! My upper arms are really looking a lot better -- consistent LL exercise, I imagine. Nothing that I noticed, until I happened to look at an old picture last night -- these changes happen so gradually that you're not aware of them until you have something to compare with! anyway, I'm happy with it!
