I find that many people do get sloppy with their technique and it can make a huge difference when you get back to doing it the right way using the nice, slow timing. It is so important not to rush through. Connie, you made me laugh. One of my to-dos: re-watch the video carefully, and make sure that I haven't gotten " sloppy " with the LL breaths -- they've gotten quite easy, but every once in a while I have to " remind " myself that there are 4 muscle groups to tighten after the " pah " -- anybody else have this problem?
