9 + inches lost and a Happy New Year

Hello all! I am so excited I have to share!!! I measured today and

I have lost over NINE inches. I am very happy and determined to

make LL a part of my everyday life this time.

Seems like I would get to my goal, then stop LL and *poof* the

results disappeared......as other things re-appeared, like inches.

Happy New Year everybody! Keep BREATHING... no matter what!
