Best Eye Cream Ingredients ???

Hello Everyone,

I need to put together an eye cream composition and I was wondering what

everyone thinks is the very best and most effective under eye-cream ingredients.

Or perhaps you know of an eye cream that really works that might be worth

investigating. So far i am thinking of a cream based product made from aloe vera

juice, virgin coconut, evening primrose, sea buckthorn, vit e, chamomile, rose &

cucumber eo's..... (well the cucumber is actually cucumber seed carrier oil and

is not an essential oil, but has a wonderful cucumber aroma as an eo would ;-)

What do other folks think of as an absolute necessary ingredient in an eye
