Guest guest
Hello, My name is , I have been on the list for several years now, not posting much. I am an offshore/tactical medic currently at 3500M on the Greenland Ice Sheet supporting a science operation. I work for Remote Medical International which is also an employer of medics. While we are not currently hiring medics, however we always keep resumes on file, and have some big projects coming up in Russia, China, United States, Greenland and elsewhere. We are a little different in that we are a small company and provide a lot of training as well, many of our medics also work as Instructors. We are run by medics and physicians with strong backgrounds in remote care, and we take good care of our staff, and deploy typically with our own clinics so you work with solid equipment and supplies. I just thought I would introduce myself, and add us to the list. Many of our medics come from Special Ops, 18D, and other Advanced Practice Medics, and we have protocols for advanced skills/ATLS, etc. Also, we have worked with Ex-Med, www.ex-med.co.uk, who are a good group of guys as well, they should be on the list. Guest guest
This is a very good idea, 'Lowlands' is a marine crew agency in Netherlands, Arthur Fickle is the man there and they employ offshore medics in a number of locations at a reasonable day rate. There is also a company in Malta, the name escapes me at the moment but someone will knows and post it hopefully. Guest guest
Hi , Hope you are well. Are you still with Frontier? Still offshore? The Maltese company is called Medilink. I am presently working for them, but problem is that they don't employ above 70. Take care and keep smiling. peter mitchell <treetop_bay@...> wrote: This is a very good idea, 'Lowlands' is a marine crew agency in Netherlands, Arthur Fickle is the man there and they employ offshore medics in a number of locations at a reasonable day rate. Guest guest
In an effort to keep them all in one place, I've popped those listed onto a quick web page. Please see http://home.maine.rr.com/lat/offshore.html Drop me more company names and I'll add them as time permits.
