I doubt that azomite could be considered an organic mineral source. I think for the azomite minerals to be organic the azomite would have to be used as a soil supplement and processed by plants first.
Guest guest
Rock dust isn't the ideal source, but if its colloidal (less than half a micron in size) the body can utilize it, i''ve found quite well in fact. I visited the mine in Utah ( & read about it in 'Secrets of the soil' by peter tompkins and christopher bird, and i understood that azomite was originally a forest or seabed or somthing, meaning it would have been chelated by a plant. Mix it in water, let it sit for 2-3 days, and drink what stays in suspension, and thats colloidal- thats what i was taught and it seems to work very well. I use several different minerals though in combination, i feel they are important enough... PS there are a few others who may have experience in doing likewise at howweheal chris Melb, Oz >From: " Stanley " <johnny_tesla@...> >Reply- > >Subject: Re: azomite mineral powder >Date: Tue, 03 Jun 2003 15:27:46 -0000 > >--- In , " clemsonjk " <clemsonjk@y...> >wrote: > > Is this safe for human consumption.
