Guest guest
Homemade or commercial? Avoid anything with alcohol or witch hazel, they are too drying, a really simple homemade toner is cold green tea. My favorite commercial brand is Kiehl's cucumber. Guest guest
Some of my fellow crafters have said they use apple cider vinager as well, but I have no experience with that.
Guest guest
Absolute fave? 70% witch hazel / 30% aloe vera gel as a base.(this base is multi purpose, it stops razor bumps after shaving!) Pore reduction option additives....Ivy extract, algae / seaweed extract, horsetail, helichrysum. ine > > I need a good skin toner that will reduce pores.
