Homemade or commercial? Avoid anything with alcohol or witch hazel, they

are too drying, a really simple homemade toner is cold green tea. My

favorite commercial brand is Kiehl's cucumber.

Absolute fave? 70% witch hazel / 30% aloe vera gel as a base.(this base is multi

purpose, it stops razor bumps after shaving!)

Pore reduction option additives....Ivy extract, algae / seaweed extract,

horsetail, helichrysum.
