Guest guest
Super job! R Week 1 Results I am happy to report that I have lost a little over 3 inches from my 4 target areas (waist, abs, hips & thighs). I do not measure my calves, arms or anything else but I am noticing small changes in those areas. I am most pleased with the 1.5 " gone from my abs. That area is always the first to go for me. The hips always seem to be last and the abs the first. I don't expect to be losing at a fast pace because I don't have very much to lose so I know it will be slow. I would like to lose no more than 2-4 more inches in each of those areas for a total of around 12 or 13. If I keep at this rate, I will be pretty well off by Christmas but I can't be certain of it because the inch loss slows each week, am I right? I also had some very late night snacks and am probably a bit swollen after my long aerobic and strength workout yesterday but the inch loss is still there. I also lost 2 lb. Let's see where I stand in another week! What can changing the way you breathe do for you? Everything! Guest guest
Hello, Wow! I was so excited today when I read this. I am so excited for you. I can see that you are well on your way. Remember that every one is different. Some people slow down and some don't. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water as you go. It is extremely important. As your body is releasing the toxins and fat you need the water to keep it flushing out of your body. Thanks for sharing this great news with all of us. I am sooooo happy for you. It would take so long with traditional exercise to see this kind of losses, especially around the mid section. It helps to keep everyone motivated to see how much more you can get from just doing your LifeLift breaths. On top of it, they make you feel so good.
