Guest guest
Nina, Keep up what you're doing if it's working. I'm happy for you, that you're posting your menus. Are you seeing it's more surprising when you actually write it down? I've never done that, but then I don't eat enough to keep track of, and I'd hear about it...LOL And BTW, it's not so much because I'm this wonderful disciplined eater, mostly cuz I forget or just don't...NOT a good thing, but I'm working on it. Keep on keepin' on girlie!!! Love and Blessings, Kiki
Guest guest
I had trouble posting last night. My computer always decides to act up on me. Here's yesterday's report: Ate: 1 whole wheat bagel (no butter, cream cheese, etc) 1 large apple 1 cup green tea w/ sweetener 1 can (2 servings, 400 cals total) 's Chunky Soup grilled cheese sandwich (2 piece whole wheat bread, 2 slices cheese) 1/2-3/4 cup flavored rice 1 cup coffe w/ 1-2 tsp non-dairy creamer., sweetener 1/2 grapefruit, sweetener 1/2-3/4 cup frosted flakes 1/4-1/2 cup 2% milk TONS of water I would say I did pretty well with eating. I went too long between lunch and dinner because I was busy but I think the quality and volume of my food was pretty good. I did 40+ LL breaths. I wanted very badly to get in a small strength WO but couldn't find the time. I don't even feel guilty about it, I'm just mad because I really do enjoy it. Maybe tonight! I have definitely lost some inches, even if a small amount. My lower abs are looking flatter and I feel lighter. I want so badly to measure but i will restrain myself. Numbers isn't what this is about.

Guest guest
LOL- I wish eating too little was my problem. I used to diligently keep track of calories and food on fitday.com. It got frustrating especially when my calories were up in the 2 & 3,000s. I am a BIG eater. I am lucky I'm not overweight. I find that when I keep track and make a conscious decision to remember how much I am eating, I do eat less and savor the foods I do eat more. I think posting daily menus in a public forum is much more helpful for me. Last night I wanted so badly to have a slice of bread with some peanut butter right before bed but I said, " No, you should just go to bed now and think how awful bad it will look when you list how much bread and starches you ate. " It worked! I just went to bed- no more snacks! > Nina, > Keep up what you're doing if it's working. I'm happy for you, that you're > posting your menus.
