I don't know all the details, but generally speaking, if you were employed

by the business at the time you created the art, then the artwork probably

belongs to the the business. If you had an agreement to be paid and he

didn't pay you, maybe you could sue for the money he owes you. Send him a

registered letter demanding he pay for the artwork or remove it from his

site. If that doesn't work, you'll have to get a lawyer.
