Guest guest
Hey Dar, Duct tape would work, but, it's so much harder to get the book off that way. With Velcro, you can just rip it off and no one will know. That is if you don't walk around with the other piece of Velco on you tummy... Guest guest
Just make sure it's on your lower abdomen. If it slides to your legs it will still work as long as it is on a portion of your abdomen. And just so everyone knows the correct abbreviation is ROFL At least it has been for the past 15 years that I've been online Yeah, I was one of the original nerds LOL with love, Jenni Proud Air Force Mom! Could someone tell me how you keep the book on your stomach???? I tried that very good hint about putting the book on your stomach when doing your exhale pahh lying down to see if it is being done right, but the book keeps sliding off my (round) stomach! ROTFL!!!!!! Any other good ideas Ladies? Sorry, just being silly, but it did slide off every time I tried. Dar What can changing the way you breathe do for you? Everything! Guest guest
Now why didn't I think of that! Velcro must be almost as good as duct tape, eh? (I did set myself up for that one!
