Guest guest Posted August 7, 2004 Report Share Posted August 7, 2004 In the state of Texas you may request exemptions from immunizations on the basis of religious beliefs, conscientious objections, or medical reasons. It's very easy to obtain a conscientous exemption by requesting a form from the Texas Department of Health. It does not cost anything, but it does need to be notarized.
