Guest guest
Bonnie, I think that's why I'm not noticing any of the symptoms so many had reported on the OoO. I recently did a cleanse and probably took care of all that. Plus I never have had all the infections etc, that the ones it's working for seem to have had either. I'm lucky too! I'll continue them till they are gone, keep track of any changes and decide then. I take the Natures Way gel caps. Thought about the liquid alone, but they have me TERRIFIED of the taste...LOL If I do go to the liquid, I'd buy the empty gel caps for sure. I think they would benefit my daughter as well, but if she's as bad as I think she probably is, it may hit her like a ton of bricks. Not sure which is the best way to go here. I'd be happy if it cleared up my allergies! It's beginning to look like I need my own shelf for all the supps I take, and I want to add more...???? LOL Love ya, Kiki
Guest guest
Hi Kiki, I also have the OoO -- don't notice a lot of effect from it -- but then, ever since I've started the LL program I've been super-charged with energy, so I wouldn't see a change there. I recently bought a new brand and started getting some stomach cramping -- so I quit taking it, will try again Monday -- maybe it is doing something? I also take probiotics, I think they really help me. I think (after reading much of the OoO posts) that it only gives a big help when you have yeast-type problems -- and maybe that's something I don't have. I am trying to get my 19-year-old daughter on it -- she gets urinary tract infections, strept throat, colds, etc. -- frequently. I seldom get much of anything (I'm lucky!). Bonnie Well that's 2 that have checked in!!! {{{{{{{{{{{{{{Bonnie, Jenni}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} It's so good to hear you're still around. I was beginning to worry. Now where are our 's? Did see a post form Liz, but that's it! Bonnie, I've been wondering about CLA, I may just try it. I like the idea that it can help with muscle toning. I did start OoO. This is my 3rd day. Nothing to much to report there, except I'm really tired. I'm waiting {hoping} for the energy to kick in, like so many say. I got intreged by the post starter and her results with getting a FLAT tummy after 2 c-sections! I read all 111 pages of posts. It sounds almost to good to be true, but I'll give it a shot. It seems to be a magic pill for so many other things. Time will tell I spose. Jenni, I'm so happy that you replied. I've been thinking about you and your family. LCS is a low carb board. It's full of so many forums and info. I belong to another that I actually participate on, but it doesn't have near the info on it. Atkins Diet & Low Carbohydrate Support That's the link if you would like to check it out. Love ya, Kiki
Guest guest
Sorry Dar. I realized later that I should have used the name. OoO is Oil of Oregano. There's a whole thread, 111 pages, about it on the board we were talking about earlier. Also several other shorter threads. Kiki
Guest guest
Can you tell me what the OoO is? I'm lost? Maybe I missed a message or two somewhere along the line. Thanks.
