On some other lists I'm on, all we tell, unless someones wants all that info out there {{YIKES}} is b-day & general location. I'm a Dec baby, the 16th, and I live to the south of Denver in Littleton. Guest guest Posted September 11, 2004 Report Share Posted September 11, 2004 Hi, Everyone! I'm Melinda, 43 yo until September 19th (so I'm lots closer to 44 *g*). Dh and I have been married 19 years. We have a 16 yod, a 9 yos, and a 5 yos. I'm a SAH, homeschooling mom. All of my married life I worked parttime in private practice as a psychological associate, but stayed home full time after my 5 yo was born. Even though I only worked 2 partial days a week, I LOVED being home full time when I quit working in the outside world. I wrote a book 2 years ago on homeschooling and I'm working on another one. I stay so busy that I'm mostly a lurker, but I keep up with everyone's messages daily. It's been a real boost to me keeping up with my LLing. Liz has been so sweet this year by getting in touch with me after I had sinus surgery. I hope in the next few months to have time to be a more active participant on the list. I've vacationed in Red River since I was 7 years old, worked there the summer I graduated from college, honeymooned there, and have recently discovered that we love to go to Carlsbad Caverns. What tremendously beautiful scenery!!! We go there a couple of times a year on our motorcycles because of the great roads and wonderful mountains. If you ever come back to the caverns or whatever, you need to stop in our coffe shop/bakery and say hello!!! Love, , We love New Mexico. But it is about 2 blocks down from our one and only Albertsons. If you step out our front door and look to the left you can see the front of the Albertsons store. It is really a great little place.
