Guest guest
Thanks, . I added coconut oil to my coffee this morning (looked gross with the fat globules floating, but tasted just fine) and to my cereal (which I always start with frozen blackberries and walnuts that I nuke until hot -- the oil went into this just fine). Lunch is going to be a challenge -- my development group here at work is going to an Indian restaurant (buffet-style) -- don't think I can work it in there. Maybe I'll add it to a cup of hot tea. I rubbed a little on my hands as I was leaving for work this morning -- a little goes a LONG way. I have really bad cuticles/hangnails -- would be great if coconut oil cleared that up. Guest guest
I bet it will help your hang nails. I had really bad heels. They were so cracked, they bled and hurt all the time. I started using the coconut oil on them and in 3 days they were completely healed. My husband was in complete shock. It is also great in hot tea. That to me is one of the easiest ways to take it. Best of luck, love, : Books - Coconut Oil Thanks, . Guest guest
re:gincass and sluggish thyroid I've noticed references to something called 's Syndrome ( http://www.wilsonssyndrome.com/) -- the thyroid doesn't function correctly but the standard medical tests don't catch it -- perhaps this can help you. I am reasonably sure that I don't have a sluggish thyroid (lots of energy, never have headaches, oily skin [at almost 60 years!]) -- but I think I have a " sluggish metabolism " -- extra weight, low body temperature....I am hoping that LL (which is already showing great results) and coconut oil will solve this problem! Could'nt taste it at all. My belly was a little unsettled this morning but I think it was the flavour of the protein shake.. it was orange cremesickle.I prefer Strawberry/banana...yummy!! Have a WONDERFUL weekend all, bye for now, Ginny --------------------------------- re:gincass and sluggish thyroid I've noticed references to something called 's Syndrome ( http://www.wilsonssyndrome.com/) -- the thyroid doesn't function correctly but the standard medical tests don't catch it -- perhaps this can help you.
