Guest guest
Hi All, Have a great Memorial Day holiday -- and let's not forget to do our LL exercise and follow our eating plans! I so much enjoy the extra energy I have (I RAN up the parking garage steps today!!!) with LL that I know I'll have no trouble working the exercises in! I am getting a real kick out of being able to walk faster and climb more hills/stairs (with no out-of-breath panting) here at work than so many of my co-workers -- who are perhaps 1/2 my age! This morning I was wide awake at 5:30AM (my normal wake up time is 6AM) -- I may be getting to a point where I need less sleep. I'll be looking for the coconut-flavored virgin coconut oil this weekend -- I love the flavor of coconut, think that it would be marvelous for cooking fish in. Everyone take care and have a marvelous holiday, Bonnie
Guest guest
Thank You Bill for reminding us of what this Holiday is all about. ~guin Memorial Day MEMORIAL DAY It's a simple thing and it is true: You can't remember what you never knew; You can't recall a time or place If you never occupied that space. You can't relive the war again, Nor feel the fear of the Devil's den, Nor smell anew that toxic air; You can't do that if you were not there. But you can on this Memorial Day Join with those who weep and pray; You may not recall the what it's true But we can and should remember who. Guest guest
What a great tribute, stacie. You are someone I have admired for a lot of reasons, but you keep adding to them. From California where my ICD can be adjusted to open my garage door, and I am now wondering what else it can make go up.
