Hi Jenni, I did not intentionally ignore you, I was just clueless. I

am menopausal too and there is not doubt my metabolism has slowed. But

LL still gives me energy. But I have to combine it with eating

properly. I don't think you can walk 10 miles a day and eat any and all

things and still loose weight. I think it is a combination, but maybe

you are watching what you eat. How much do you have to lose? Your new

e-mail friend , Connie :-)

Trying again to receive a response :)

Hi,

I actually wrote this the other day but never received any replies,

didn't know if it had just gotten lost in the shuffle :)

I actually joined a bit ago when I first ordered by videos. I have been

just reading and observing.

I love the breathing, but I must be doing something wrong because I

haven't lost a single pound! In fact as of this morning I gained a

pound. I also haven't noticed a sizable difference in inches. I came

to lifelift because of doing bodyflex and found that bodyflex did

absolutely nothing! I had heard that lifelift was gentler, which it is.

I felt like I was fighting some invisible force everytime I did

bodyflex. With lifelift I do admit that the breathing is much easier

and I LOVE the way Rashelle has explained the breathing. It helped me

to understand what I was doing wrong when I was doing the bodyflex. I

also like that you don't have to bend over when breathing......that was

causing me to have horrible headaches and shoulder strains and neck

aches.

The one thing I'm noticing now is I don't have the same amount of energy

as when I first started my breathing. Does the body sort of resist it

after a while? When I first started breathing 2 years ago I always had

energy......then it went away. When I started doing lifelift, I had

tons of energy (my 15 year old hated it because I was making him work

LOL). Now I'm back to no energy. I'm doing about 30 breaths a day.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

If it helps any, I am going through menopause.

with kind regards,

Jenni

HI Connie,

Thanks for responding. My husband thinks I've upped my carb intake and he may

be right. I know I'm not being as careful as I was before.

Do you think that after a while you need to do more breaths to keep the same

energy level? Also, do you get the lightheaded feeling that Rashelle explains

in her tape? I do when I'm at the gym and lifting weights or on the machines,

but not at home. Maybe I'm not doing the breathing right.

with kind regards,

Hello Jenni,

I started to write you a response yesterday but as you know I needed to take

care of the lost package for you and then I had several other things I needed to

attend to.

I do have some ideas and comments for you but I only have a couple of minutes

this morning on line so I will have to complete your answer later today when I

can get back to the lists.

Meanwhile keep on breathing. There are many important benefits you are getting

from doing the Life Lift breaths and they will all lead up to helping your body

heal from the inside out so you will eventually see the pounds come off too.

Talk to you soon,

Hi Rashelle,

I didn't realize that you wrote on the list! Wow...how cool is that! You must

be an incredible lady....you must get a lot of energy off Lifelift as well. :)

I am anxious to hear your reply.

Just so you know, it didn't come in today's mail either. I watch my mailman

like a hawk because about a year ago we had problems with him. He doesn't like

to deliver packages and we had found twice where he left " final notice " notices

in magazines in our mail. The only way we found out last year was because one

fell out of the magazine on our kitchen floor when I was putting the mail on the

table. We had no idea that there was a package. Since that time he does

deliver, but I notice he always looks to see if I am at the window LOL I am! I

homeschool and our classroom faces the mailbox hehehehe.

Anyhow, still no package and I had another priority letter that was supposed to

arrive today that didn't....perhaps the rains are causing problems?

Hi Jenni, Yes I do get light headed after a few breaths but it is an

airy kind of buzz, feels really good. I don't think you need to do more

but are you doing them throughout the day? I do (try, I am at work)

about 10 every couple of hours. Do you do that? Tell me how you are

doing your breaths. :-) Connie

PS you should be a proud MaMA!!!
