Hello Fiona,

I love your name. It is really beautiful.

It is normal to feel that you can not get the same " lift " when you are in some

positions. You will still get the benefit of the oxygen so it is not important

that each and every Life Lift breath be as full. Just do the best you can. It

does get easier as you do it more too.

Take care,

Rashelle

Q's about breath

Hi Everyone,

I just started doing Life Lift last week. I enjoy it so much. I have

all four tapes and have been using only tape #1 so far. I feel I

have mastered the breath for the standing poses however I'm not too

sure about the ones where you lie down. I don't seem to be able to

empty as well, nor sniff up as much...and my " pah " is much weaker

than on the standing poses. Does it just take practice? It feels as

if something is preventing me from full breath in these floor

positions (like my organs are pressing a certain way, preventing full

breath). Hope that makes sense. Anyone else experience this?

I'm 37 and hoping that breathing like this will help to tone my

sagging skin and wobbling thighs, no weight to lose.

Thanks everyone!

Fiona

Thanks Rashelle, for your response. Just wanted to make sure I was

doing it correctly while prone. Thanks also for the compliment on my

name- I see from the archives that there's 2 of us on this list. Now

that's unusual!

Warm regards,

Fiona
