Hi Connie -- I have the reflexology video, but haven't watched it yet -- really

need to get to it (somehow my evenings run away with me, seems like it's bedtime

before I get any of my planned activities done!).

Is reflexology basically a foot massage technique, or does it address other body

parts? I didn't get the reflexology chart with the video (I think it was

supposed to be included?), but I printed off some pics (of the feet with their

reflexology points) from the web -- anything else I should have?

Thanks,

Bonnie

Liz's Tues. Workout

Hi Friends,

Today I did 105 LL breaths with a 3 ml. walk, worked out with a stretchy

band, and did a Pilates tape.

Love, Liz

Hi Bonnie, I am sure if you e-mail Rashelle she will send you the

chart, but you don't need it, sweet Rashelle explains it thoroughly, as

always. It starts with the feet and moves all the way up your body to

your ears (ears are my favorite part) at the end of the tape is the face

lift too! It is SO relaxing!! At work some times I slip my shoes off

and do a few breaths with the pressure points and my ears. I hope you

find the time soon, and please let me know what you think!! It is a

wonderful experience for me! Happy breathing, Connie :-)

Hi Connie,

Thanks! I'm really interested now in doing it -- one question left, I noticed

that at the start of the video (as far as I got), Rashelle is sitting on the

floor to do this -- is this necessary, or can you sit on the sofa and still

manage the reflexology stuff (the floor would invite dogs to join me!).

And ears? Sounds interesting.... About 10 years ago, I went to an acupuncturist

and he did a lot with points in my ears, seemed very effective. (I wonder if

reflexology and acupuncture points are related?) I've been doing the facelift

stuff (from the initial video) and liking it -- though I STILL don't look like a

16-year-old (darn it anyway!).

Hi Bonnie, Isn't it wonderful that Rashelle answered your questions?

She is so caring! I don't look like a 16 year old either ( I am 53, how

old are you?) BUT I can tell a big difference in my complexion when I

do my LL " lion " . I do the " lion " where you do

a life lift breath and hold it and open your mouth and stick out your

tongue and open your eyes wide---that really helps my under eye circles

and bags, it is amazing to me. Sometimes I will forget and not do the

lion and after a few days I can see them pronounced again, so I add the

lion back and they look better again. Let me know what you think!!

Connie :-)

Hi Connie,

Yes, it's truly marvelous the way Rashelle personally answers her questions --

feel I have a " personal trainer " !

I will have to try the LL Lion (where is that one demonstrated? haven't seen it

yet, but then I haven't seen all of my tapes through yet). In fact, I will try

the LL Lion in a few minutes -- our restroom here at work (typically empty) has

a nice floor length mirror, great for seeing if your form is right! It would be

great to be rid of under-eye bags (along with droopy upper arms, double chin,

belly, saggy rear, etc., etc. -- and all of these areas get targeted with the LL

exercises!!!!). I am a bit older than you -- will turn 60 in August --

retirement (and living near the beach in Florida!) is 2-1/2 years away for us,

and I'm looking forward to getting my body toned so that I can wear bathing

suits!

And you WILL do it!!! Actually it isn't on my tapes, it is just a face

exercise that I experimented with a couple of years ago with life lift,

I do it with the one Rashelle recommends for your neck and chin and jaw,

that is on the instructional tape. Both HELP. I think. Connie

Hi Friends,

Today I did 30 LL breaths with a 1 ml. walk, I did a Pilates tape, and I

did 40 more LL breaths working my abs and obliques. Tonight I did 70 LL

reflexology breaths.

Love, Liz
