Today, I did 5 wake-up LL pelvic lifts (in bed), then 30 LL exercises before breakfast -- have added perhaps 10 more during traffic stops, etc. My husband has asked me to teach him the technique, he wants to join me in the morning -- he's already started doing the " wake-up " LL breaths early morning, and he asked me to demonstrate the LL Lion so that he could also work on his under-eye bags. My face is actually looking better ALREADY (and he can actually notice it)! This is marvelously fast! I managed to do the reflexology tape last night (finally!) -- felt really good, didn't find any really sore spot on the bottom of my feet, but perhaps a bit of tenderness in one area (don't know what that area represents yet). I am also targeting my knees (which are in bad shape) with the chair-lift LL exercise -- I think it's helping -- I reduced my glucosamine from 2 tabs to 1 tab, so far my knees feel reasonably good -- still can't do a " squat " type movement, but hopefully sometime soon...... Have any of you worked through a knee problem? And my energy levels are staying wonderfully high all day long -- no slumps (if I feel one building, I simply do a few LL breaths! -- it works!). I would like to find some sort of exercise movement that targets the hand/wrist (sort of pre-carpal tunnel feelings) for when my hand starts to ache from all the mousing that I have to do -- right now I just shake it out every so often -- any ideas????
