I'm an exercise-a-holic. :-) I normally walk 3 to 4 mls. a day and breath 75 to 100 LL breaths a day 5 or 6 days a week . But since my foot is injured my walking is on hold, but at least I can do wonderful LL. LL does wonders for my body in many ways!
