Guest guest
I'm glad Jenni!!!! Try and focus on doing at least 40 LL breaths 5 to 6 days a week. You'll start seeing changes in your body, your energy level will increase, and LL will also help you physically, it's helped my asthma. Go for it Jenni! Make it a priority and see what happens!!!! Love, Liz -- Liz I don't feel bad at all! You motivate me! I too exercise a lot. But I've been lazy with the breathing. with kind regards, Jenni ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the Internet in years - Juno SpeedBand! Guest guest
Thanks sweetie! Gosh, 's 18 now. I was just telling him that was 14 and his eyes got so big LOL We are still moving. Whenever God brings the right person to buy our home we'll be settling down in Texas. My dear sweet mil is not doing well healthwise so I will have the honor of spending time with her and hopefully being a help and confident for her. It is rough on my dil as he is not used to having to take care of someone...she had spoiled him so much over the years. Last time I talked to her it was like talking to a teenager, she was so excited about going shopping and having lunch and doing things together. I am so grateful that her later years will be filled with some sunshine KWIM? How exciting for your new group! I know how much you love to sing...how awesome to have a talent to praise God with! I'm still trying to figure my talent out LOL I don't have a clue what it is, I sure can't sing (just ask my kids LOL), and being at home and raising my family is all I know, but I'm sure somehow, some way, God will use it for His glory. LOL......I love your response to the Daughter of the King question. He's put it upon my heart to start a grop of women who aspire to being such, but want to be around like minded women for encouragement and growth. I've placed the group solidly in His hands and whatever happens from it, He gets all the glory Love you kiddo...give those sweet kids a hug from me! Jen Are you the Daughter of the King? Guest guest
Aw Liz and Jen...two things about your thoughts here... Praise and worship...shame on me, I need to let go of my fears and get my feet wet again. I play guitar and sing, used to do so in central ohio for a Woman's Aglow. I have the guitar still, I just have not picked it up due to my own fears of having to quit yet again. The MS does a number on your mind. And as far as the grandkids!!! My dad at 81 was just telling me yesterday, that grandkids are the rewards of a long well lived life...He says that seeing one or any of his grandkids on a daily basis, telling them to give glory to God with their good decisions, (That was his word for my two nephews who live with him...they are teens.), He says it is worth so much and he is so thankful...At this rate he will easily reach one hundred! He tells me this as I have 3 daughters...20, 23, and 24...the oldest in med school. All three have boyfriends...no one married yet, and it sometimes seems like they are just gone off the face of the earth! Yeah, they call mom on an occasion...and I feel like I am so far down on the priorities list...well...you can see how it is. I love them dearly. (My Daddy says it will occur so fast that my head will spin so I should enjoy my time with my hubby now!) and I am so glad to have you and Lifelift!!!!!!! It has opened me again to all that God wants for me...I just cry to think of our " community " here, and how much I was missing. thanks to all of you!!! Guest guest
, your dad sounds so precious. My dad is going to be 77 on Sunday. Right now, we're back and forth to the hospital. My mother is very sick - - she had an enlarged gall bladder that developed gangrene (this after being in the ER on Saturday - - they did her surgery Tuesday a.m., and shouldn't have waited so long . . . she just insisted that she couldn't wait any longer.) At any rate, I'm telling you all this so you can pray with me for my mother, 72. Last night I just got a phone call that her sister is also in the hospital with a massive kidney infection. Last word was that even with antibiotics, her temp is soaring to 103.4, and her blood pressure is dropping. Please pray for our family, dear sweet LL family of mine. I treasure your thoughts and prayers right now. Love, Melinda Re: Liz's Mon. Workout (Jenni) Aw Liz and Jen...two things about your thoughts here...
