My foot Hi Friends, I thought that you would want to know my foot isn't broken....yea!!!!!!! The doc said that it's a bad sprain. He gave me a wooden strap on shoe to wear for 2 weeks. He said after the 2 weeks I should be able to start my walking again. I can't wait!!!!! Isn't it great we can keep doing LL while the foot's out of commission? *g* I have one more cortisone shot for my foot problem, and then orthotics, and the doctor believes that is all I'll need to take care of it. I'm very motivated to do the foot stretching exercises, and taping with athletic taped has helped. Onward and upward, Lizzy! Melinda ) O.T.
