I just noticed a roll that needs to be firmed up. It is under the

armpit just above the bra line. It goes from the front to the back.

Hope you all know what I mean. I only have it under one arm. It looks

like where I lost weight it is also starting to sag too.

Is their any LL exercise for this part of the body?

Hello Fionna,

Two things I know that help that area.

One is to press with your thumbs in the center of your armpit while you do some

Life Lift breaths. The pressure seems to draw the oxygen to that point.

Also try lifting your arms over your head and press your hands in the prayer

position while you do some Life Lift breaths. I like to hold my hands in the

prayer position first with elbows bent and as I hold the lift I lift my hands up

as high as possible as if I am trying to touch my fingertips to the sky.

Take care,

Rashelle
