Guest guest
Hi Actually it is a misconception and most melt and pour soaps are NOT gentler to the skin, it is actually drying to the skin because of the alcohol used to make the soap, unless it is fortified with some conditioner like cocoabutter or glycerine. I don't think anyone was trying to be rude, we are just mistified how one gets soap from body butter, that's all Best Sherry www.naturalcare-ebooks.com > > I am surprised at some of the rude responses I got about this Sonja I guess I > did make a miracle happen because I followed the instructions using my body > butter and have 2 pumps full of liquid soap I like to try new things This was > something I tried because I wanted liquid soap and was curious if the recipe > would work Sherry yes I KNOW all soap has lye I prefer glycerin because it is a > gentler soap and I have sensitive skin I got the body butter and recipe from a > person in another soap group You can find the body butter base online I just > googled it You can probably find the liquid soap recipe as well I found one > using melt and pour soap too Have a great day > > > > >

Guest guest
I think what she is using is Foaming Bath and Body Butter. It is whipped Foaming Bath butter you can add a small amount of oils to and whip and use like a liquid soap. I have found it has had the name changed on some sights to body butter and it is very confusing... Jeanne
