Liz,

Mine was pretty good. You know, even if you felt that your walk was slow

and you were suffering from allergies you did yourself a huge favor by

continuing your workout. Give yourself a reward for being kind to yourself

even when you didn't feel so good. Maybe a warm luxury bath or a few

minutes just to sit and count your blessings.

Hi Friends,

I pray that everyone had a terrific Christmas!!!!! I did!!!!!

Yesterday I did 50 LL breaths. Today I did 60 LL breaths with a slow,

weak 3 ml. walk. I could really tell that I was at my mom's yesterday

around her dog and cat, I'm allergic to both. I paid for it today, I was

so congested....so that's why my walk was weak and slow, but at least I

did it. :-)

I don't know that I would say that. I'm just so glad that I'm able to do

my regular workouts again. I really miss them when I can't do them, I

even feel a little depressed when I can't do them. Is that insane or

what???????? :o)

How are you doing Connie? I was thinking about you yesterday while I was

watching Dr. Phil. Have you finished his book yet? Is it helping you?

Hi Liz, Been doing fine, just a bit busy at work. :-) Yes, I finished

the book and nothing really new. I haven't been doing my breaths the

way I should and I am feeling " draggy " even though I have been walking

and doing yoga. BUT that changes tonight!!!

Thanks for the reminder Liz! I am thinking about ordering another tape,

I only have the original and reflexology and commuter, what do you

recommend? Connie:-)

Thanks for answering Liz! I have to wait a couple of weeks but I will

definitely be ordering work out #1. When I looked at them I thought

joined WW and in one week I have lost 3 lbs!!! I'm so excited!! I joined to

encourage my sister, and instead I am the one encouraged! The great part is

brother in -law has been on it 3 weeks and has lost 12 lbs already!!! Wowser,

Hi , I have lost 14 pounds on WW so far. I am having a heck of a

time getting to the meetings, so I am now going to try to to do it on my

own ( I have the idea and needed the kick to get going), I have been

reading Dottie's weight lost site and it is really keeping me inspired!
