Guest guest
I agree, Kajay. I always had to go to the laundromat anyway, even b4 mites, so the expense became enormous - sending laundry out was cheaper expecially disposable sheets which I changed amost every day and the disposable cups and plates helped to relieve the tremendous daily cleaning rituals. And now that I live in a little hotel room, I live in the simplest manner. From: Kajay109 <kajay109@...> "bird mites " <bird mites > Sent: Friday, December 9, 2011 8:03 AM Subject: Re: Re: overwhelmed and terribly depressed No. I wash with Arm & Hammer - a little ammonia in the wash and a lot in the rinse cycle and I let that sit for a while - 30 min or overnight, doesn't matter. Dry 2 hrs except sleepwear 4 hrs. Clothes I wear "out" - that is to work and social outings - I get dry-cleaned. Our cleaner uses the scent free chemicals and they kill everything. I sat down one day years ago and calculated the cost of laundering vs dry cleaning in time and money. Dry cleaning is cheaper and really increases the sanity level! I did the same kind of calculation when I was considering buying disposable sheets, and again when I was comparing the cost of disposable plates and bowls vs washing real dishes in the dishwasher. The easier solution in each case proved also to be the cheapest when I calculated all direct and indirect costs. In each case, needless to say, I was grateful at the outcome! kajay From: christine french <karmakatmeow@...>bird mites Sent: Friday, December 9, 2011 3:33 AMSubject: Re: Re: overwhelmed and terribly depressed Thanks for helpful advice kajayDo u steam iron too?COn Fri, Dec 9, 2011 02:14 GMT Kajay109 wrote:>I love me some monster zip-locs! Guest guest
I have a theory (that is all it is) that the black specks are biproducts of a fungal infection that the body is casting off in the process. Does Karma cast off the black specks too? When I looked at those under microscope I noted they were all tiny tiny black fibers. Nothing thus far as eliminated those for me as yet. From: "christine french" <karmakatmeow@...>bird mites Sent: Friday, December 9, 2011 10:41:24 AMSubject: Re: Re:Yes, Kajay cheap and easy works best.Thank u so much linda it helps so much to be understoodWhen they crawl or bite esp outside i crumble inside while pretending to outside world it okThought for ages they tiny fleas!:-(How do people not get proper diagnosis when we have the little black dots?Is that not them?Did salt floors days, baking soda, lice spray, floors, two lots permethrin wi nylar ,floors, sofa, furniture, hoover lots, washed everythin 60 degree, then clothes wi epsom salt vinegar, floors vinegar, cat baths, vinegar dilyte ears, hibiscrub dilute cats ears, steam cleaned 140 degree bed, floors, wash me tea tree pepermint eucaltptus, take dida probioic internaly, permethrin n nylar saltidin, hibiscrub n vinegar in boots shoes, blow dry hot air shoes to killIm exhaustedStil nowhere else to liveOh linda:-(On Fri, Dec 9, 2011 17:55 GMT Goldstein@... wrote:>So so sorry . Guest guest
* menthol crystals - sprinkled around books. There are posts about this but So sad you missed the posts about how to save books! I know you are grieving them!* pink oil on privates (some cannot use as their skin reacts to the fragrance* baking soda works in shoes for some but my foot problems WERE (before F-zymes) so bad the soda wasn't enough for me. As the F-zymes seem to kill off the agrobacterium (is that the same as fungus, does anyone know?) I noted Sunday that my big toenail on right foot is arched like it still has all the fungal matter under it - but it is completely open now under the nail, between the nail itself and the nailbed. REEALLLY weird.* comfort - after a couple of years of doing all my personal critter hygiene cold, wet, and miserable, that's when I started to loo at solutions to reduce my personal discomfort even as I continued to search for real solutions.kajay From: christine french <karmakatmeow@...> bird mites Sent: Friday, December 9, 2011 12:51 PM Subject: Re: Re:Yes, Kajay cheap and easy works best. Dry cleaning is cheaper and really increases the sanity level! Guest guest
Hi any soap will do , cheap dollar store type is horrible to smell when used on large surface areas, Dawn smells good ,but is very hard to rinso off. , Laundry detergent is always low suds , & is easier to clean off . The coconut oil 2 tbls in 28 oz of at least 77 degree water in a sprayer or windex spray bottle is the best , somthing about the diluted oil is better. Coconut oil is a solid at 76 degrees & liquid at 77 degrees & above , you candrink it too , it has over 500 cure listed for coconut oil . Trust me it is good . I use it as an environment spray too , especially I used it on my air matress after I defalted it , rolled it up , folded twice & place i n 5 gallon bucket in the shower w/ 1/2 cup of Arm & Hammer Powdered Laundry Detergent ( or any type if you have no A & H .) soak dor for 15 mins - 8 hrs with 2 clorox bottles of water on it to submerge the matress, soaking time depends on infestation level. Then dump bucket, run shower to rinse off the the low suds detergent , hold up mattress & rinse , hang on an old chair to drip dry for 5 mins. Then mop floor in a nice empty room with a hard floor , mist the cieling & walls & floor with the 2 tbls cococnut & 48 oz of water , lay out the air matress & inflate in 90 seconds with a hair dryer using the cool air setting . Then mist air matress & sleep with no bugs , ahhhhh ! . repeat in the am , that's when the bug is seeking a fresh meal & a great time to soak them in the cococnut oil so they can be stuck like glue. Dip all items in the 2 tbls coconut oil in 5-40gallons of warm water & it will stop all bugs , the oil floats on the water a coats each item. Guest guest
That's quite beautiful, Bill! , I wonder if you realize how many people here never post but are praying for you, sending love to you right now.kajay From: Doe <doe1769@...> bird mites Sent: Sunday, December 11, 2011 2:50 PM Subject: Re: Re:Yes, Kajay cheap and easy works best. Coconut oil washes of with one shampoo & leaves hair like new God bless You , Bill ps , the good stuff : Bible Isaih For the mountains shall depart And the hills be removed But my kindness shall not depart from you, Is 54:10 Thank God 4 the Blood & the cross, forgiveness our sins cast away as far as East is from the West...
