Aandraya,I'm using Wellbutrin right now to give me a little energy. About one year into mites recovery I started using Doxepin, for sleep disorder and depression, anxiety. It really helped. Doxepin now has been added to Sinequan I think. Anyway, I was on Doxepin for maybe 9 months and then came off of it. In the past with CFS and Fibro I was on Elavil too and it helps with sleep too. I don't like being on these for very long. They both cause weight gain, but I have a friend on Elavil who has never gained weight from it. ??? I don't know why. The recovery is so tough. My sister who I believes has Lyme Disease has opted not to help herself via treatment. I can understand it in a way. She is 73 and probably thinks she does not have that much life left and it is a difficult recovery process. This recovery is not for those who have no courage, are willing to go through the pain or difficulty of treatment or do not want to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Another thing that has helped me a lot is the use of an over the counter lithium, called lithium orotate. This is not the same type of lithium used by people with bipolar. It helps with bringing the brain into better balance and these kinds of traumas we have experienced imbalance the brain. It is part of my regular supplements I take daily now. I wish that you could also get used to the idea of doing some steam ironing to make all garments safe for yourself. That could make the Arm and Hammer less necessary for the clothng.
