How to pay once the dates are announced?

Dear all,

Since we all are waiting for the exam dates,I guess this is the time to ask

about the payment.

Once the dates are out and open for bookings,

1)do we pay them only after creating an epay account? I mean is creating this

account necessary?

2) Since,I m in india at the moment,can I ask someone in the UK whom I know to

transfer funds

Lastly,if the account is to be created ,,how do we do it ??
