Dear friends,

I went to my local solicitor and showed the secretary the gdc requirement

,after showing it to the solicitor ,she asked me on his behalf to come tomorrow

when he will write me my details, name, address ,birthdate then he will charge me(

she didn't say how much ....said he will let me know at the appointment

..According to her they will then send me to another solicitor for the oath.

I don't know is that really how things go on for an affidavit coz he said by law

he can't prepare the Paper and sign the sworn statement n that Yhis need to be

done by 2 solic.

Please tell me of this is true as soon as possible bec my apppt is tomorrow and

I feel so helpless.

Thanks

Dear All, For Affidavit letter you can write the letter by yourself and ask a solicitor to sing it for you. It is very simple. There is no standard fee foe that. Once I paid only £10 and for the second time (for another institue) I just poped in to the closes legal advice center and the solicitor there charged me £20. in General any solicitor can do it.Good Luck From: "mokaamr@..." <mokaamr@...> Sent: Wednesday, 28 December 2011, 20:02 Subject: Re: Affidavit urgenttttttt request
